In the case that a user contacts us and is asking to change the name on the account because they are using an email address their predecessor used (IE: the email address belongs to the position, not to the person) then we will need to escalate the request. Please gather as much information as you can to include in the ticket.  

Note each user will need to create his/ her own account using a different email.
