We do have access to mark the videos as completed. We do not need to troubleshoot or request screenshots from the users. 

To mark a video as completed please use the following steps:

1. Locate the user's account 
2. Under 'Options' click 'View Transcript' from the dropdown menu
3. Click on the white dropdown arrow to the far right of the video title
4. Select the 'Mark Complete' option from the dropdown menu to mark the video as completed

Note: If there is a replicable issue with a specific video not moving to completion then please escalate so the Administrators can investigate the issue.
